How can I swap my phone or laptop?

Simply visit our office with your gadget, the purchase receipt (if available), and a valid means of identification. Our team will inspect your device, determine its trade-in value, and guide you through the upgrade process.
What phones can I swap?

- iPhone XR and newer models.
- Samsung Galaxy S20 series and newer.
- MacBook M1 series and newer.
- Windows laptops from 8th Generation Intel processors and above.
Where can I swap my gadget?

All gadget swaps are carried out exclusively at our physical store. Swaps outside our office premises are not permitted.
Can I swap two gadgets for one?

Yes. You can exchange two gadgets for one, provided their combined value is less than or equal to the value of the gadget you wish to receive.
Can I exchange my gadget for cash?

No. Our swap program only allows gadget-to-gadget exchanges. Cash payments are not provided in place of a device.
Can I swap a broken gadget?

Yes. Broken gadgets may be accepted, provided they can still power on and are usable. Devices that are completely dead or cannot power on are not eligible for swapping.
